Your right to return (EU Right of Withdrawal)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of the day you received your goods. You can do this by:

Conditions for return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • All tags must be intact
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (except where defective)

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@soie.store within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
