All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to individual display settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

4. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery

We ship from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery time to EU destinations is 10–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to all EU orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

8. Consumer Rights (EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soie's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
