Your Right to Return (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@soie.store, stating your order number and that you wish to return the item(s).

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will issue a full refund — including original standard shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return postage (whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of perfume, cosmetics, or other staining

For hygiene reasons, pillowcases, sleep masks and hair accessories that have been used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@soie.store with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@soie.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service and retain proof of postage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
