Where We Ship

We currently ship to all EU member states.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Your order is fulfilled by our logistics partner. Once placed:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Transit time: 7–12 business days
Total estimated delivery: 10–14 business days from order date

These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur at customs or due to postal service capacity — particularly during peak periods (November–January). We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Customs and Import

Shipments to EU countries are subject to standard EU customs rules. If any duties or import fees are charged, these are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs rules if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@soie.store and we will investigate. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
