Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU member states. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@soie.store.
Delivery times
We ship directly from our manufacturer to keep prices low. This means slightly longer transit times than you'd expect from domestic shipping — and we want to be upfront about that.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 7–12 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 10–14 days from order date
During peak periods (November–January, major sale events), delivery may take up to 18 days. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Customs & duties
As an EU-based business selling within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in your order total. There are no surprise customs charges on delivery.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of your order date, contact us at hello@soie.store and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either resend your order or issue a full refund.
