1. About us

This store is operated by Monori Máté (trading as "Soie"), registered in Hungary. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You will be charged when your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion (e.g. if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity), in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We ship to EU member states. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how to exercise this right and the model withdrawal form.

7. Conformity and defective goods

We are responsible for ensuring goods conform to the contract. If goods are defective or do not conform, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable EU consumer law. Contact us within 2 years of delivery.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Soie. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Disputes may be referred to the competent Hungarian consumer protection authority or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
